How does a Family Manager Makeover Work?
1. You'll simply click here (or below) to order your Family Manager Makeover. Then I will set you up for the online Pre-assessment portion of the Makeover.
2. The Pre-assessment will only take about 20-30 minutes. You will click simply through to your own secure website to answer simple questions, rank your stress level in certain areas, and express your dreams for your home and family. This will help me to better understand your priorities and goals, your stress hot spots, and the areas you would like to change.
3. Once you’ve completed your Pre-assessment, we will schedule an our first appointment.
4. Since we will be doing your makeover over the phone, in order to for me to get a complete picture of your home, you may want to send me photos and or a video of your home (either via the internet or snail mail), before our first scheduled appointment.
5. Next we will have our first of two calls. In our first call, you will "walk" me through your home on a physical and emotional level. I'll get a complete picture issues such as; the physical state of your home, how you would like it to be, your level of comfort in each of the family manager departments, how the members of the family work together (or don't) to help manage the home, and how you are feeling about your role as a Family Manager.
6. Next, I will then enter what I have learned and observed about you and your household into the Family Manager Solutions database. I will create a personalized Family Manager Makeover Action Plan for you.
