A Solution To Help You Find Food That Is TRULY Healthy For Your Family

I love healthy food.  I was a vegetarian for 9 years. I took classes in Macrobiotic cooking and I have blog called HealthyShabbat.com. In my opinion, making unhealthy food that is tasty is too easy.  I like the challenge of making great tasting, satisfying food that is also good-for-you.

But buying and making healthy food has gotten very confusing these days.  Even the health food store is filled with food that  really isn't all that healthy!  It's hard for even the educated consumer to decipher the labels and marketing jargon on packages today!

But I've found a great solution...

Actually, its more than just a solution -- it's like having a consumer advocate at your side!

EBrandAid.com is a website that is devoted to helping you cut through the "healthy-ish" clutter at the grocery store and find truly healthy brand-name food.

I signed up for their weekly e-newsletter and have been very impressed by their clear explanations of what healthy food fact vs. fiction and as well as their honest-to-goodness product recommendations.

So if you want to cut through the mis-information -- and learn about the healthiest products that are available today -- then check out www.Ebrandaid.com
