An Insightful Solution From My 7-year Old Son

Hello Blog World! I'm Back!

And where I have I been for the last two months?

I expected to be gone for only a month due to the Jewish High Holiday season...but one week stretched into another...

You see, in addition to all of the normal "busyness" of my life. I have not been well. I have been extremely fatigued and in a "brain fog" a lot of the time. Even if I did have the time, I simply did not have the mental energy to write!

So what did I do with the little bit of brain power that I had? Search for a solution to my fatigue, of course! And I'm happy to say that I found a great one that I will tell you all about -- tommorow!

But for today, I want to share an incredible solution that my son came up with all by himself! One day we were driving to school and he said "Mom! I think I have a solution for your website!" and he proceeded to tell me his idea!  I immediately started laughing with joy! It looks like he has really taken the Family Manager System to heart!

He was so excited that he thought of such a great solution, that he wanted to share it with all of you!  Please listen by clicking the 'play' triangle below. The recording is really only one minute long. Also, please leave a comment, I know he would appreciate the feedback.

Here is Yosef's Solution For Busy Moms!

Dear Yosef,
That is the best advice. But did you know that older brothers and sisters can help their mothers also. There are lots of ways to do mitzvot for mothers. I'm proud of the way you spoke and how wise you are.

Awww, priceless!

HIGH 5 BUDDY!

You have a knack for speaking! You made me laugh out loud and you made my heart swell with pride. I can understand why your mom wanted to share your thoughts.

It is so awesome to hear the wisdom in your thoughts, the concern in your voice and the compassion in your heart! You are an awesome kid who definately has the makings of a man with great character; keep up the excellent work!

Thanks for touching my heart!

Bless you BIG!!

What a wonderful idea, Yosef! Moms don't have to do everything by themselves, Dads can help, and even big brothers and sisters can help. I'm going to have my husband listen to your solution, too!

Yosef,

You are wise beyond your years.
I've always heard advice from so many older people with more life experience,
but good advice doesn't just have to come from older people.
You are well on your way to being something, anything great one day.
When you say or do something, you do it in a big way. This is just one example!!!!!

Thank you for making my day.
