I ain't no Domestic-Diva. That's for sure! But I tried a stain removal trick this week that made me feel like one.  Got a favorite garment with an oil stain?  Just put CORNSTARCH on it and let it sit overnight, then remove the excess cornstarch and wash as usual. I can't believe it worked! Even after I had already washed the garment!   Here's one more stain removal tip from my dear mom!  Rubbing alcohol gets out spit up stains -- my mom preserved our family couch that way!
