I just found the COOLEST website! It is FULL of great, unique & innovative items to educate & inspire your children (and you too!) to make healthy choices & get movin'! I have never seen solutions like these before & all in one place. Amazing!

It's got everything from special bowls  that encourage portion control, to kitchen gadgets (my favorite, of course) fun games that teach your kids about nutrition & toys specially designed to get your kids moving (but they won't notice they're exercising because they are having so much fun!)

My personal favorite is "The Entertainer"  You hook it up to your TV & it makes your TV's power & volume react directly to your heart rate.  If you get lazy, the volume goes down until you get back on target.  The heart monitor activated universal remote control turns your TV into a personal trainer.It's an exercise motivation and fitness training tool for use with any exercise equipment or activity - treadmill, elliptical, bike, calisthenics, push-ups, jump rope, exercise videos etc. There's no way for your kids (or you) to be a couch potato using this device. Brilliant!
