A Solution for Organizing Your Magazine collection

I just LOVE magazines. They are a major weakness of mine.  Flipping through them is like a "mini-vacation" for me & they always "call out to me" from the shelves with the promise of finding more SOLUTIONS!

But what to do with those stacks and stacks and stacks of magazines? Even after a good purge, I usually have ALOT left that I want to hold on to.

Here's a great and inexpensive solution from The Organizing Junkie...cutting cereal boxes to create magazine holders. And you can just cover them with some contact paper to make em look nice.  You can see the full "demonstration" with picutures at her blog http://orgjunkie.blogspot.com/2006/11/works-for-me-wednesday-nov-8th.html

 That's one cool lookin' blog.

 Enjoy!

Thanks for sharing that! I LOVE magazines too. LOL That looks like a fun project - and one that maybe kids could help with too!

Another great tip. I'm a magazine junkie too and was just staring at my stack of Prevention magazines and trying to figure out where I could put them. I'm going to check out some cracker boxes I have and see if they would be a good fit. This is a great tip. I also loved the orgjunkie blog -- another great find.
