A Solution for Moms Who Avoid Exercising -- Exerise Sitting Down (Even In Front of the TV!)

I'm gettin' back to bloggin!

On Rosh Hashana I SMACKED my foot against a solid wooden chair and CRACKED my baby toe!

Oy! I am such a Klutz!  (Last year I twisted my ankle a week before Rosh Hashana...but I was during that recovery time that I got the idea for this site -- so it wasn't all bad!)

Anyway...back to your regularly scheduled solution!

I was very bummed, not just because it hurt...but because it was going to break the exercise "streak" that I had been on. You see, thanks to the help of a friend, I had been getting up at 5:30 am to exercise for several weeks before Rosh Hashana...but now...forget it!

Or so I thought...

I just found an ebook called Get Fit While You Sit and I bought it ($19.95)...I'm going to get back on track with exersizing after the upcoming holiday (End of Sukkot/Simchat Torah)...so I'll let you know how it works...but even before I tried it, I thought I'd tell you about it -- it just might be the solution YOU are looking for!  (You can exercise while you watch your favorite shows at night!)  Check it out here!

Now THAT is a good idea for exercising! I find that I am just too exhausted to force myself to do REAL exercise... after all I haven't slept through the night in over 5 years. Cut me some slack! But I realized just how out of shape I am when I was participating in a parent-child relay race at my son's school and I almost fell over with over exertion! It was pretty pathetic. I shall check this idea out!
